Returns & Exchanges Policy

Kai Kuwait does not accept or tolerate returns or exchanges, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unless if the order is received damaged. In that case the customer has 24 hours to notify Kai Kuwait to get a Exchange on the same item if available.

Delivery/ Shipping Policy
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill LOCAL ORDERS within (2-5) business days of the date of your order and will cost 2 KWD. For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS it will take around (4-10) business days and cots will defer depending on the country. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
